As a boxing fan,one can easily say that two of the biggest names in the boxing world that has shaped the boxing status in the past ten years are none other than Manny Pacquiao and his long time rival Juan Manuel Marquez. These two fighters are undeniably future hall of famers, but more than that, these two have been considered as one of, if not the greatest ever, rivalry in boxing.

The Philippines's pride and eight division boxing champion, Manny Pacquiao, has fought the greatest Mexican counter puncher four times already in his whole career. The first three fights were very close if we are going to consider the judges scorecards. However, the odds were in favor of Pacquiao winning two out of those three particularly the second and third fights, and with the first one decided as a draw.

On the part of Marquez having 2 loses and a draw against Pacquiao is unacceptable, that is why the two agreed to fight for the fourth time. This time around, it is Marquez who decisively won the fight by a late 6th round KO.

It is worth nothing that in that fourth fight it was the most devastating loss Pacquiao has ever faced for the past several years in his career. He has faced a lot of bigger and stronger boxers in the past but all those boxers has never stopped him like Marquez did in this fight leaving questions on the mind of the fans --- is Pacquiao on a decline or is his chin not that strong anymore? Is this loss a sign that Pacquiao should leave boxing for good or should he redeem his status as arguably the best pound for pound  boxer in the world by facing Marquez again in the ring and beating him up?

All those questions have yet to be answered? One thing is for sure, if Pacquiao vs Marquez 5 will ever happen, then it has to be one of the greatest boxing fight the sports has to offer and you as a fan should never miss any single scene of it.
